When the ocean vessel is being loaded (slight changes to times/dates are possible) your vehicle will be transferred by expert staff at the port from the parking space to the designated space on one of the ship’s decks and securely fastened for the crossing. A few days after the departure of the vessel you will receive the documentation, known as the Bill of Lading (B/L).
This document represents the value of your vehicle during the crossing and must be presented at the receipt/drop-off of your vehicle to the shipping company agent at the port of destination. The generation and postage of the Bill of Lading is covered within the payment of all costs stated in our invoice.
