Free cancellation of your transport with Caravan Shippers is theoretically possible up until the day that the vehicle is due to dropped off at the port of departure. The Cancellation must be presented to us in writing before the intended drop-off date.
Cancellation after the vehicle has been delivered to the port of destination. The vehicle is still in the harbor (has not been loaded onto the vessel) The vehicle can be picked up (storage and delivery costs will be applied).
The vehicle has already been loaded onto the ship. Cancellation is no longer possible and transport costs must be paid in full.
